The clamping mechanism of the sample shuttle for the Aquilos and Hydra dual beam cryoFIB-SEM systems can become ineffective after many rounds of sample plating, as the plating material builds up and interferes with the clamp closing onto the samples. NanoSoft will clean the entire shuttle such that it looks and performs like a new shuttle. NanoSoft is also able to repair other broken/defective components of the shuttle.
